    b. Return: If you receive a handicraft product that is delivered in a broken or damaged condition, we want to address this promptly. You may request a return if the product is damaged, subject to the guidelines outlined below.

  2. Damaged Product Return Process:

    a. Notification: To initiate a return, kindly notify us by sending an email to info@impca.in within 24 hours of the product's delivery. In your email, include your order number, a description of the damage, and attach clear images or videos of the damaged product.

    b. Evaluation: Our team will review the provided images or videos to assess the extent of damage. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

    c. Resolution: Based on the evaluation, we will determine whether a replacement or a refund is appropriate on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and the quality of the handicraft product.

  3. Refund/Return Terms and Conditions:

    a. We will not accept return requests beyond 24 hours from the time of delivery.

    b. Returns are subject to evaluation and approval. We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet our criteria.

    c. In case a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 working days through the original payment method, after deducting any shipping charges or other offers applied at the time of the order.

    d. If a return is approved, you may be required to send the damaged product back to us at your expense, depending on our evaluation.
